We will begin with offering 2 classes on Thursdays.

Class Descriptions:
Thursdays at 3pm: Creative Movement for 3-5 year olds
A class that teaches movement through games and dance technique to grow
motor skills and the love for dance. We will go over skills including
jumping, skipping, turning, balance through games and Ballet technique
instruction. Creativity will be explored, and students will learn how to
move to music and beats.

Thursdays at 4pm: Dance Style Technique for K-3rd grade
A class that teaches students to move their bodies and understand different
styles of dance. The main focus is ballet with other styles being incorporated
into the class. This class will use music to spark creativity while learning
how to control body movements through technical dance.

About our instructor...
Elizabeth Vandergriff-West is a mom and wife, and a licensed Special Education teacher who previously worked with the Hamilton County School System. She began dancing at 8 years old and has never stopped! She has studied Ballet, Tap, Contemporary, Jazz and most recently Ballroom.
